Everyone signs
one card, on one link

One link the whole team signs, then send it by email or have it printed and posted. Adding a whip-round to the card is coming soon.

You'll set a target and a closing date

Collections will run for two weeks by default, and the date will be yours to change. Targets stay optional.

Colleagues will chip in from £1

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the same page as their message. Amounts will be able to stay private, or the total hidden completely.

You'll decide what goes with the card

Send the lot, keep some back for gifts, or send the card on its own.

1.9% + 20pper contribution when it opens. Nothing to withdraw.

Inside the card

More than
just names

Every message can carry a photo from the leaving do, a sticker, or sixty seconds of video from whoever couldn't make it in. All of it free, today.

Photos

A picture from the leaving do, the team lunch, or that year-old group photo nobody has printed. It sits full width in the message, not squeezed into a thumbnail.

GIFs

A searchable library, so the in-joke only your team would understand is two taps away.

Stickers

24 hand-drawn ones, pinned to the corner of a message — useful when the words are already doing enough.

Video messages

Up to a minute each, recorded on a phone and played straight from the card. Good for whoever is remote, on holiday, or hopeless at writing things down.

Voice notes

Thirty seconds of someone actually saying it, for people who would rather talk than type.

Gifts as well as cash

Put something specific on the card — a hamper, a plant, tickets. Once whip-rounds land, the collection will be able to cover it instead of handing over a number.

Money that
never touches
your account

This half isn't open yet. When it is, contributions will be held against the collection until it closes — nothing passing through your own bank, and no working out who has paid.

Set a target

You'll suggest an amount per person — nobody held to it.

Everyone chips in

Quick amounts of £5, £10 and £20, or anything from £1 up.

The total builds up

It'll show on the collection page, with email reminders before the date.

The collection closes

On the date you set, or whenever you decide to close it early.

Want to know when whip-rounds open?

Cards are live today — the money half is what's next. Leave your address and we'll tell you the day it lands, and nothing else.

One email, when it's ready. Unsubscribe in a tap.

The card and
the money go
separately

The card is yours to send today. When the whip-round opens, what happens to the money stays a separate decision — and still yours.

Card and money together

The whole total will travel with the card. They open it, see who chipped in, and take the money however they like.

Keep some back, send the rest

Send just the card

This one you can do today: send the card on its own and handle the money elsewhere — a group present, a meal out.

How the money is looked after

Held for the collection

Contributions will sit with our regulated payment partner until the collection closes — never in an account of ours, and never in yours.

One identity check, once

As the organiser, you'll verify your identity once before your first payout, as UK rules require. Nobody signing or chipping in will ever be asked.

Built and regulated in the UK

A London company, UK printers, and payments handled in pounds.
