Questions
How much does a printed card cost?
A 7×5″ card is £6 and an A4 card is £9, plus UK postage, shown at checkout. The Express 7×5″ card is £8 with ordinary UK postage included.
How long does it take to arrive?
By ordinary post, about 5–6 working days from ordering, or 2–3 working days for the Express card, which is printed next working day. Faster postage is offered at checkout, from next working day.
Can it go straight to the person it's for?
Yes. We post it to any UK address, theirs or yours. Cards sent to you come with a blank envelope. The Express card is only posted to you.
Is every message printed?
Messages are fitted to the two inside panels, and A4 holds more than 7×5″. If there are more than fit, the longest are shortened, and any that still don't fit are online only. The QR code inside opens every message in full, with the GIFs, photos and videos.
Can I order it before everyone has signed?
Yes. You can order while the card is still open. It prints the messages in so far, and the QR code always shows the lot.
Who can order one?
Whoever made the card, from their account. Nobody signing needs an account.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while we check it before it goes to print, with a full refund. Once it has passed that check it's made to order and can't be refunded.
